WHITTIER, CA - Marinello Schools of Beauty, the West Coast’s leading chain of beauty schools, will participate in national Cancer Survivor Beauty & Support Day. On Tuesday, December 1st, Marinello will join with other salons, spas and beauty schools to offer complimentary pampering to cancer survivors nationwide. Cancer survivors can drop by or make an appointment at any Marinello Schools of Beauty campus and enjoy a manicure and/or wig styling free.

While many public health initiatives address early detection, prevention and control of cancer, public health efforts to address cancer survivorship are relatively new.
